BISP Complaint Register Karne Ka Online Tareeqa

 Agar aap BISP ya 8171 program mein registered hain lekin:

Staff badtameezi karta hai


Ya verification mein issue hai


Toh aap official complaint file kar sakte hain — bina kisi office jaaye, sirf mobile ya computer se.

 Step 1: BISP Ki Official Helpline Website Pe Jaayein

Complaint register karne ke liye pehle BISP ka Grievance Redressal Portal open karein.

Ya direct search karein: “BISP complaint form site”


Yeh government ki official website hai — secure aur trusted.


 Step 2: Complaint Form Fill Karein

Website open hone ke baad:


Apna Full Name likhein


CNIC number (bina dash ke)


Mobile number


Province aur District choose karein


Complaint ka category select karein (e.g. Payment Issue, Staff Behavior, Verification etc.)


Complaint ka detail likhein — asaan lafzon mein


Form mein clear aur simple language use karein.


 Step 3: Documents (Optional) Attach Karein

Agar aapke paas koi proof hai — jaise SMS screenshot, payment slip, ya ID card image — to aap use form mein attach kar sakte hain.


Lekin agar nahi hai, to form submit karna phir bhi allowed hota hai.


 Step 4: Submit Button Dabayein

Sab fields complete hone ke baad, Submit Complaint button dabayein.


Form submit hone ke baad:


Aapko ek Tracking Number milega


Us number se aap apni complaint ka status check kar sakte hain


Yeh number ko save karna zaroori hai — SMS ya notebook mein likh lein.


 Step 5: Complaint Ka Result Kab Aata Hai?


Reply ka tareeqa:

Phone call


Ya tracking page par result show hota hai


Agar complaint valid ho, to verification ya payment issue solve kar diya jata hai.
